General House Rules

 

1. Guests using any of the hotel facilities or staying at the hotel must observe all house rules.

2. You must follow the instructions of employees at all times.

3. You should read up on where the fire and emergency exits are located.

4. Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of assistance dogs.

5. Smoking is not permitted in the entire hotel.

6. It is not permitted to:

  • Prohibited or dangerous objects to be taken
  • Taking hotel property outside the hotel
  • Bring your own drinks and snacks to consume in the restaurant
  • To use, deal in or possess narcotics
  • Disabling or covering the fire alarm system will result in immediate removal from the hotel. Any damage will be charged to the guest
  • Causing a nuisance to other guests, for example by playing loud music in the hotel room or other areas in the hotel

7. Our employees may ask you for identification for security reasons or when serving alcoholic beverages.

8. If you do not comply with these house rules, in the opinion of one of our employees, we can decide to immediately remove you from the hotel and/or impose a fine of €150. In addition, any damage costs resulting from not complying with the house rules can still be recovered from the guest.
